A well-established organization is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive a fast-paced HR Operations and Talent Acquisition function. This person will own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, with the opportunity to also support internal candidate selection processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage candidate workflow and communication within the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), serving as the central point for all candidate inflow.Coordinate and drive structured selection processes using common Microsoft Office tools.Support a multi-step selection process, including initial hiring manager scoring and an onsite interview stage with role-specific rubrics.Prepare and issue offer letters via AdobeSign.Optionally support internal candidate selection and mobility processes.Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the search, including withholding company identity in all candidate-facing marketing and communications until the interview stage.
