REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\nMust Have experience in the following tools: Walkme, Enable Now, Articulate, Skyllful
\nMinimum 5+ years of experience with major ERP systems
\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with multiple SAP modules at a minimum - prefer more
\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
\nProven ability to develop engaging, effective training curriculum that enhances user adoption
\nExpert proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
\nAdvanced knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles
\nProficiency in training development tools (Enable Now, Articulate Rise, WalkMe, or similar platforms)
\nStrong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
