Role: Solution Architect IV
\nLocation: Sterling, VA - Onsite
\nPay Rate: $90-100/hour on W2, client will not consider C2C
\n \n7+ years of Cloud Security Architecture experience designing and securing enterprise-scale cloud environments.
\nHands-on expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP including cloud-native security services and security governance.
\nStrong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience with least-privilege design, role-based access controls, and policy management.
\nExperience securing cloud-native and serverless architectures including API, microservices, and event-driven platforms.
\nCloud networking expertise including VPC/VNet design, routing, VPNs, WAFs, CDN security, and Zero Trust architecture.
\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
\nHands-on security tooling experience with solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS GuardDuty, GCP Security Command Center, Wiz, Splunk, or Chronicle.
\nStrong scripting/automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, Golang, or Node.js.
\nExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container security in production environments.
\nKnowledge of secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault.
\nExperience performing architecture reviews and security risk assessments for cloud applications and infrastructure.
\nStrong understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards including NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, and SOC 2.
\nAbility to collaborate with engineering leaders and product teams to provide security guidance throughout the SDLC.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting architectural recommendations to senior leadership.
