Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Revenue Operations Manager, this full-time hybrid role will manage the operational backbone of the Partner Experience organization, focusing on systems, workflows, and analytics to optimize the partner journey and drive growth. Key responsibilities Own and enhance the PX Tech Stack, including administration of Planhat and Zendesk, while improving partner education and enablement systems Optimize operational workflows to ensure seamless transitions across the partner lifecycle from implementation to renewal Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership, providing insights into key metrics and driving data-driven strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Sales Operations within a SaaS company Extensive experience with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Planhat, and Zendesk, along with LMS/CMS administration Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and post-sale metrics like net revenue retention and customer satisfaction Proven ability to build and maintain commercial dashboards that support data-driven decision-making Exceptional project management skills with a history of successfully leading complex initiatives to completion
