About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Office Manager and help keep day-to-day dealership operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and takes pride in getting things done right.

What You'll Do

• Support the Office Manager with daily administrative and accounting tasks to ensure timely and accurate dealership operations
• Process and reconcile vehicle deal paperwork, including new, used, fleet, and finance transactions
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including posting and reconciling invoices and vendor payments
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within the Dealertrack DMS platform
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and closing procedures
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and digital records
• Communicate professionally with sales, finance, and service departments to resolve deal or accounting discrepancies
• Process title and registration paperwork in compliance with California DMV requirements
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable regulations
• Perform general office duties including answering phones, ordering supplies, and supporting staff as directed by the Office Manager

Work Environment

• This position is based on-site at Folsom Lake Nissan in Folsom, California
• Standard dealership business hours; some flexibility or overtime may be required during month-end closing
• Professional office setting within an active automotive dealership
