We're seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team and make a significant impact in incident claim liability mitigation through collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders and managing high case loads.Must Haves:Associates Degree in Business, Risk Management or related field.Claim Litigations experience.2-4 years of adjudicating worker's compensation and general liability claims at a high volume.Should be in 30 minutes drive of Rochester, NYExperience of managing end to end claims.Nice-To-Haves:Experience managing a third party insurance agent like Traveler's insurance.Claims Adjuster License.Multi-state claims management.Bonus Points will be given to experience of working at an insurance firm, especially with Travelers.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough investigations into worker's compensation claims.Assess and analyze claim information to ensure accurate and fair settlements.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective claims resolution.Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.Provide expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth claims process.Qualifications:Associates degree in Business, Risk Management or related field is required2-4 years of hands-on experience primarily in Worker's Compensation and General liability claims.In-depth knowledge of claim investigation and settlement processes.Familiarity with relevant laws, multi-state regulations, and industry best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
